4.1 We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

5.1 Retail customers - You have 14 days from receiving your purchases to return them for a refund or exchange. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and paid for by you, but you can still return the goods within 14 days if they are unwanted without giving a reason. We do not offer a free returns service, any costs incurred to return unwanted goods are payable by you.

5.2 All sizes, measurements and colour replication on images are as accurate as possible but there may be some variation.
